Shipping information
At Sugarplum Row, every order is packed with care and prepared specifically for you. We currently ship orders twice each week, on Saturday and Monday.
1. Shipping Schedule
Orders received during the week will ship on Saturday.
Orders received over the weekend will ship on Monday.
Because Sugarplum Row is a small-batch, pack-to-order company, this schedule allows us to prepare and inspect each order carefully before it leaves us.
2. Shipping Rates
We offer simple, predictable shipping throughout the continental United States:
$10 flat-rate shipping on orders under $100.
FREE SHIPPING on orders of $100 or more.
The $100 free-shipping threshold is calculated after promotional discounts and before applicable taxes.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier service. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door.
Please remember that carrier transit times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather, holidays, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances outside Sugarplum Row’s control.
4. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please let us know. We’ll do our best to help make things right.
