1. Returns & Replacements

Return and replacement requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Generally, Sugarplum Row will replace products that:

• Arrive damaged during shipping, or

• Have an obvious product defect.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the problem, and photographs if the product arrived damaged or has a visible defect. We’ll review the situation and work with you to make it right.

2. A Note About Fragrance Preferences

Because fragrance preferences are highly personal, simply disliking a fragrance generally isn’t considered a product defect. We encourage customers who are exploring an unfamiliar scent to begin with one of our $6, 2 ounce jars.
